These terms govern the use of the GILI7 website and the purchase of the products offered on it. Browsing the site and placing an order constitute acceptance of the terms below.

2. The products

The site presents the GILI7 skincare collection, based on exosome technology. The products are cosmetics for external use only and are not medicines. The information on the site is general marketing information, is not medical advice and does not replace consultation with a dermatologist. In the case of a known sensitivity, an active skin condition or pregnancy, it is recommended to consult a medical professional before use. A sensitivity test on a small area is advised before first use.

Product images are for illustration only. Slight differences in shade or packaging design may occur between what is shown and the product supplied.

3. Prices

The prices shown on the site are in new Israeli shekels and include VAT as required by law. The prices are current as of the date of this update:

The business may update prices from time to time. The binding price is the one agreed with you in the WhatsApp conversation when the order is confirmed. Shipping costs, if any, will be provided in that same conversation before the order is confirmed.

4. How an order is placed

An order on the site is made through the following process:

1. Selecting the products and adding them to the shopping cart.
2. Clicking "Proceed to WhatsApp payment" and providing a name and phone number for contact.
3. Opening a WhatsApp conversation with the business, showing the product list and the amount.
4. Confirming the order, coordinating the delivery method and arranging the payment with the business representative.

5. Delivery

The delivery method and timing are personally coordinated in the WhatsApp conversation. The estimated delivery time is up to 7 business days from the confirmation of the order and payment, unless otherwise agreed. Business days do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves and holidays. Delays caused by factors beyond the business's control, including strikes or force majeure, will not be considered a breach.

6. Cancellation and returns

Cancellation of a transaction will be made in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of a Transaction), 5771-2010.

Unopened product

A transaction can be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the product or receiving the transaction details document, whichever is later. The product must be returned in its original packaging, sealed, intact and unused. The business may charge cancellation fees at a rate of 5% of the transaction price or 100 ₪, whichever is lower. Return shipping costs apply to the customer.

Opened product

In accordance with the regulations, cosmetic products whose original packaging has been opened cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons, except in the case of a defect.

Damaged or mismatched product

If the product arrived damaged, expired or materially different from what is shown on the site, contact us within 14 days of receiving it with a photo. In such a case we will replace the product or refund the full amount, at your choice, and the return shipping costs will be on us.

Cancellation by a person with a disability, senior citizen or new immigrant

The right to cancel lasts for 4 months from the date of the transaction, provided the engagement included a conversation between the parties. We may ask to see an appropriate certificate.

How to cancel

A cancellation notice will be given by phone at 054-4649767, by email at hello@gili7.co.il or in a WhatsApp message, stating your full name and phone number. Funds will be returned by the same means used for payment within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.

7. Cancellation by the business

The business may cancel an order, notifying the customer and returning all funds paid, in cases of sold-out stock, a material error in the product description or price, or a reasonable suspicion of fraud. In such a case the customer will have no further claim beyond the return of the amount paid.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the site, including photographs, texts, design, logo and the name GILI7, is the property of the business owner. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without prior written approval.

9. Privacy

The use of details provided on the site is subject to the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these terms.

10. Accessibility

The business works to make the site accessible. Full details appear in the Accessibility Statement.

11. Liability

The business is responsible for the quality of the products and their fit with their description. The business is not responsible for personal results of using skincare products, which vary from person to person depending on skin type, usage routine and other factors. Nothing in the above diminishes the customer's rights by law.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

The laws of the State of Israel apply to these terms. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute is granted to the competent courts of the Tel Aviv district, without diminishing the customer's right to approach a court near her place of residence under the Consumer Protection Law.
